3. Cancellation After Project Work Has Started
If cancellation is requested after project initiation:

- Payments already made for completed milestones or delivered services are non-refundable.

6. Scope Change Is Not Cancellation
Requests for revisions, modifications, or changes in project scope shall not be treated as cancellations and may be subject to revised timelines or additional charges.
